The NH Department of Environmental Services Pollution Prevention Program, Ski NH and Dartmouth Skiway are hosting a one-day conference at the Courtyard by Marriot in Lebanon, N.H., on August 24, 2011. AMENICO's Sarandis Karathanasis will present "Turning French Fry Oil Into Fuel" and explain how the process works and discuss the benefits of keeping fuel local.
